What To Expect
The Boat
Is a 25 ‘ Proline with a 2015 Mercury 250 Pro XS outboard that does 50+ mph to get us where we are going quickly and back safely. It is fully equipped with all the necessary USCG Equipment, has a head a cooler and complete fish finding and navigation electronics.
We are mostly a catch and release fishery this keeps our fish stocks strong so you can come back year after year and experience some of the best fishing around. Now this is not to say that we won’t eat a fish or two when they are in season, because we also have some of the Best tasting fish to ever swim the waters right here, we just ask you to please take what you will eat and leave the others to swim another day.
Tarpon are Catch and Release Only.
What we supply:
The Boat, Fuel, Insurance, Licenses and all the tackle we will need for a day on the water. Bait or artificial lures will be included as well as Ice and the cleaning and filleting of all fish.
What you will need to bring:
Hat, Sunglasses (we recommend polarized), Sun block (NO SPRAY SUNBLOCKS), Non-marking shoes, water and or soft drinks (we will supply plenty of Ice), plastic bottles or cans only NO Glass, a camera to catch the action, If you get sea sick you may want to take something prior to the trip.
What not to bring:
Bananas-If you bring them and we catch no fish, it will be solely your fault! No Spray Sun-blocks, No GPS units (if your looking for numbers just ask), nothing that would be considered illegal on land, all personal items are brought aboard at your own risk this will be a wet environment and electronics may get damaged.
As a general rule Gratuities are 15-20% of the cost of the trip more or less depending on the service, mates depend on this for there income.
In accordance with USCG regulations, no illegal substances are allowed on the boat, authorities will be notified. It is your responsibility to notify the Captain of and medical or physical conditions. Trips may be cancelled due to the inclement weather at the sole discretion of the captain. Every effort will be made to notify all parties of weather conditions as they become known to us. Cancellations due to the weather will be rescheduled or a refund will be given. Otherwise Parties are expected to be at the dock ready to go a 1/2 Hr prior to sailing unless otherwise notified by the Captain.
If you need to cancel or postpone your trip you must do it at least two weeks in advance in order to receive a full refund, otherwise trips will be rescheduled. When booking be sure to leave us a good cell phone number were you can be reached once you get to our area.
